Program & Project Management

Our experts each have over 25 years of hands-on experience.  PRMEA members contributed to the source knowledge of those processes contained in  “A Guide to the Program Management Body of Knowledge” by the Standards Committee of the Project Management Institution, and fully believe in mentoring of program managers during all phases of project execution.
